This ratchet lever hoist offers the following quality features:

• Drop forged top and bottom hooks from age-resistant heat treated steel. In case of dangerous overloading the hooks will not break but yield slowly.
• High tensile alloy steel load chain in accordance with current national and international regulations. Zinc plated as standard for added corrosion protection.
• Solid safety latches on hooks. Can withstand over 30% side loading on latch itself.
• Zinc plated chain guide rollers to eliminate fouling and jamming of chain on the load sheave.
• Smooth free-chaining device to allow the unloaded chain to be quickly moved in either direction for fast hook-ups. As an extra safety feature, the free-chaining device has been designed such that it cannot be activated if a load of 30 kg or more is suspended on the load chain.
• Rigid chain end stop to prevent over-running of the load chain in the lowering direction, and comfortable grip for pulling the chain through the hoist to take up the load.
• Short hand lever with ergonomic rubber grip.
• Sturdy bottom hooks with encapsulated bolt connections to prevent wear and loosening of nuts when pulling over the ground.
• Low handle effort on account of optimal gear transmission.
• Double pawls on all capacities.
• Service life is enhanced through corrosion protection by zinc plating of brakes, housing bolts, side plates, guide rollers.
• Units can be chained for any height of lift required.
• All units are dynamically load tested prior to supply, and after chaining up. Each unit is supplied with a Yale test certificate, operating instructions and EC declaration of conformity.
