The revolutionary design of this manual chain hoist provides outstanding flexibility in lifting and pulling, as well as increased safety with lower maintenance.

Special Features:
 
  • The new 360° rotating hand chain wheel cover allows the user to operate the hand chain from any angle.
  • New brake system does away with the need for pawls and springs, providing quiet, smooth and safe lifting.
  • Robust housing protects internal components, even in the toughest conditions.
  • The yoke attachment in which the bottom hook swivels, can be disassembled, to inspect wear of the neck of the hook.
  • Drop forged hooks that, when severely overloaded, open gradually as a safety indicator, rather then snapping when the ultimate breaking strength is reached.
  • Yale latch solid safety latches can withstand up to 30 percent side loading.
  • World renowned ultra-strong zinc plated load chain to resist wear and corrosion.
  • Replaceable polymer inserts in the entrance and exit of the hand chain wheel cover prevent wear of the cover.

By means of the 360° rotating hand chain
guide, the user can operate the hoist
from all directions
Flexibility
The hoist can be operated safely and
efficiently from all positions, even from
the side of the load. This means greater
flexibility of the working position.
  
  • Encapsulated ball bearings on the load sheave
    ensure high efficiency and long life. Removable from load
    sheave if bearings are considered to be a statutory replacement part
    in repair policy.
  • Four post design for stronger impact resistance.
  
Bottom hook with solid latch and chain
bolt recess. Can be disassembled to
check for neck wear.
The new patented brake system offers
increased operational safety and reduced
wear and maintenance.
  
4-Post Design with the robust stamped steel housing. Resistant to the toughest working conditions. Screw fittings, bolts and nuts are countersunk and are thus protected against wear.
Encapsulated ball bearings and
sliding bushes offer extraordinary
efficiency and provide smooth, effortless operation.
