	Designed to 50% ED electrical rating duty, in FEM tests the YaleVego was still strong after 1,200 hours. The international FEM rating of 1 Am dictates that a hoist should be stripped down for major maintenance after 800 hours.
	Increased safety – the externally adjustable slip clutch is positioned between the motor and brake to ensure a permanent connection between the load and the brake, even in extreme cases of overload. High impact-resistant robust housing cover made from polyamide. Improved protection – the enclosed design protects electrical components and especially the load brake from contamination to level IP 55. Quick and easy maintenance. Two of the important wearing parts – the load wheel and the chain guide – can be changed in 5 minutes. Unlike conventional hoists, complete disassembly of the hoist to change these is not required. Smooth running – Helical gears ensure an extremely low noise level and an increased operational life time. Heavy duty: 50% ED rating. Advanced shock absorbing material provides improved cushioning when the limit switch is activated. Integrated limit switch extends the working life span of the slip clutch, motor and gearbox. Available in 3 attachment options: Hook attached, lower headroom suspension bracket, and integrated trolley attached. Remote control an optional extra.
